conditions, which may be modified from time to time, apply to all visitors to, or users of, this Website.
Return/Refund Policy
Items purchased over the internet or via the Land Rover Gear catalogue and mail order may be returned for a credit or a replacement within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Proof of
receipt is required, in the form of a signed document from either the post office or the courier company. Both will provide a stamped and dated confirmation of receipt. The goods need
to be in their original packaging and not damaged. If the goods are damaged it is at the discretion of Land Rover Gear as to whether it is a reasonable claim and warrants a
replacement.
Land Rover Gear will not be responsible for the return postage (from the customer to Land Rover Gear) and will repost a replacement item on one occasion free-of-charge by
registered mail only. Should there be a second return, the return postage will be for the customer's account. Should the customer wish for the item to be couriered, this will be for
their account and they will need to contact Land Rover Gear to make the necessary arrangements.
Should the customer not wish to replace the goods, Land Rover Gear will provide a credit to the customer which may be only be redeemed online.
Delivery Policy
All online purchases will either be delivered by Registered Mail or via the Land Rover Gear preferred courier service. The appropriate insurance is taken out at the time of
distribution so the cost of lost goods is borne by Land Rover Gear. The selected delivery method defines the approximate time period for delivery but Land Rover Gear does not accept
responsibility for delays in delivery beyond the published times due to circumstances beyond our control.
Privacy Policy
Land Rover Gear treats their client information with the greatest of respect and will not provide their client's information to any third party with he exception of the external
database management company.
The third party that hosts the client data is called Majestic. Majestic is a South African database, communication and sales management tool. Majestic looks after client data on
behalf of Land Rover Gear and they are contractually bound not to sell, rent or give away client details to anyone without permission.
All client financial information is input using 128bit inscription to ensure maximum security of their credit card details.
Your Use Generally
Your use of the Website confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, do not use
this Website. In the event of a violation of these terms and conditions, Land Rover Gear reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity. We may terminate your
