Return / Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund. We exchange or refund any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original
invoice. If the merchandise was purchased at a store, it must be returned to a store in person. Please do not send merchandise that was purchased at one of our store locations for
return. Our Distribution Center cannot process any store returns.
Return:
We refund any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice. If your merchandise was purchased online, you have a couple of options. You can either visit
one of ourLand RoverGear stores or send it back to our Return Address by clicking here. If your merchandise was purchased at a store, it must be returned to a store in person.
All returns will be credited back to the original payment type. Please note that if you return merchandise without a receipt or invoice, we will provide you with a merchandise credit
for the last known value of the item.
Exchange:
We exchange any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice. To exchange your merchandise, you can 1) visit any Land RoverGear store, 2) send it back
to our Standard Return Address. We are unable to process exchanges from purchases made at our stores. Do not send any additional payment, such as a check, to cover a price difference
for an exchange. Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the exchange is processed. Any additional method of payment will not be processed and will be returned
to you by mail.
