Canceling an Order

You can make changes or cancel your order at any time before your order has been processed by us. To make changes to your order, please contact us directly at one of the contact points listed in contact us. If your order has already been processed, you will only be able to request a refund or exchange of the merchandise. Please see the terms of our returns and exchanges policy.

Price Adjustments

We are happy to process a price adjustment for you if we reduce the price of any merchandise (in the same color and size) that you have ordered from us within fourteen (14) days from the date that you submit your order. We offer price adjustments only for merchandise purchased at the original price. Each item that you purchase from us is eligible for only one (1) price adjustment. To request a price adjustment, please contact us directly at one of the easy contact points listed in contact us and include your order number and details of the merchandise that is eligible for the price adjustment.

Order Confirmation

When we receive your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation usually within minutes. If you do not receive an e-mail, contact us directly at one of the easy contact points listed in contact us before placing another order for the same merchandise.

Please note back orders will be shipped at no additional cost. Shipping has to be to a physical address where you will be able to sign for it. Insurance for the value of the goods is covered in the courier cost. The above rates are for major metropolitan areas. Please add on 24 to 48 hours for outlying towns and rural areas.

Instructions for measuring
Chest [A] The measurement is to be taken under the arms and around the fullest part of the chest.
Waist [B] The measurement is to be taken around the narrowest part of the waist.
Hip/Sleat [C] Standing with the feet together, take the measurement around the fullest part of the hips.
Inseam [D] The measurement is to be taken from the crotch to leg hem along the inside of the leg to ankle.
Sleeve [E] Arms by the side, measure from the base of the neck, over the shoulder and sown to the wrist.

These specifications are merely a guide for Land Rover garments. They are actual body measurements. Garments will vary according to fit, function and style.
